岩手へは向わず、引き返す
最近の地震は、土日に多かったが、
今回の地震発生は夜中で学校などの施設で怪我人が
出なかったのが不幸中の幸いだ。
この時間に発生することを想定しての、防災頭巾などの
準備は教育関係、ＰＴＡはすぐに対応すべきだろう。
今回の地震では、初動の倒壊家屋などからの救助活動は
無いと判断し、長野へ戻ることにする。
外見の被害は少なくても、心の揺れはしばらく続く。
岩手宮城内陸地震の被災地の方々のショックも大きいだろう・・・
